This chart shows initial foreign corporation filing fees for each state and the District of Columbia. Foreign corporation filing fees are paid to states to "qualify" your corporation to do business in a state other than where your corporation is domestically registered. Generally, these are one-time initial fees. Some states require that an annual report be filed as well. These fees do not include DBI processing/service fees. Our Delaware registered agent fee is $100 ($120 for non-US billing address). Our registered agent fee for all other states (not Delaware) is $165. The foreign LLC comparison chart is here.
